Information
We are frequently questioned about whether we are members of this or that organisation and whether we have this or that viewpoint on the Church's dilemma.
Frequently asked questions
In response to these enquiries, we would like to emphasise that, as Traditional Old Catholics, it is in the auspices of freedom of religion to be allowed to worship and conform to traditional doctrine. It is our responsibility to share the Sacraments to all who wish to receive them - pray for the Church and the salvation of souls rather than to express our opinions.
Are you affiliated with other organisations?
The Society of Traditional Old Catholics operates under the auspices of freedom of religion, allowing us to worship and adhere to traditional doctrine independently. Our primary focus is on our mission, not on affiliations with other specific organisations, unless explicitly stated. However, we are affiliated members of the United Episcopal Catholic Communion and some of our members are independent members of other organisations, such: The Order of Corporate Reunion.
What is your viewpoint on the Church's dilemma?
Our focus remains on sharing the Sacraments with all who wish to receive them, praying for the Church and the salvation of souls. We strive to uphold traditional doctrine and practices rather than to express opinions on broader ecclesiastical dilemmas.
